Quarantine At Home Workout Series !

I am thrilled to share that I will be uploading a Pilates Video NEXT FRIDAY-

that I was so fortunate to film with my former instructor, Lees Hummel!


My mom and I both did the workout session yesterday ( as it was filmed )

While it did push us and give us some new challenges, we felt so much better mentally after having completed it - something I cannot wait for you to, hopefully, experience too!

I struggled with sharing today's episode in the Quarantine At home Workout Series.


I had planned (and filmed) an ab routine I was really proud of but unfortunately was reminded of the lesson that technology is not as reliable as we expect it to be all the time-especially during a time like now when we're all huddled in our corners with all of our many screens.


So yesterday-after having lost what I had initially planned-decided to share my basic pre-ballet class warmup. As I mention in the video,




I modify my warm up every day to tailor to what I need to get out of it,
so I will be sharing more of these add-ins and replacements as I continue the At Home Workout Series

So to get to the main point of this blog -

I wanted to not only share my most recent youtube workout news with you,

but also wanted to encourage you to overcome any insecurities you may have

during this time of self-isolation-it's the perfect time to reflect on how we're living

and work on ourselves.


I really wasn't sure if I would release today's video because I wasn't confident in what I had created.

I ultimately decided now is the time to create and share with the world, where we can-


HERE is the workout from week one if you haven't had a chance to do it yet! It's a super fun upper body workout I filmed with my friend Faith that will surely get you to break a sweat- and there's no equipment needed:) 

Today, my hope is you find what motivates you and helps you overcome your insecurities. If smashing a workout happens to be your "motivator," I hope you find success in what I've shared with you today and will be continuing to produce in the next couple weeks!
